Mason men's basketball falls to Santa Clara, 81-73 in the first game of the CBI Championship series
|George Mason men's basketball dropped the opening game of the College Basketball Invitational finals to Santa Clara, 81-73 Monday night in San Francisco, Calif.
The Broncos' Kevin Foster led all scorers with 28 points on 7-of-15 shooting and 5-of-11 from three-point range. Evan Roquemore added 20 points and six assists.
UPDATE: Lab results report Commonwealth mold harmless
|The recent complaint about mold in Commonwealth Hall has come to a close.
In a previous Connect2Mason article, a Commonwealth resident and her roommate expressed concerns about the mold still present in their dorm room and its effects on their health.
In December, George Mason University’s Office of Housing and Residence Life addressed issues with mold growing in the campus dorms. However, the Commonwealth roommates were not satisfied with the resolution.

|You might have missed the release of Chesapeake, Va.-based band The Last Bison’s album “Inheritance,” but it hasn’t gone unnoticed by others. With an album released in early March, this seven-piece folk band performed all across the country this year and was part of a star-studded line-up at the annual SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas.
