PONTIAC, Mich. - Eminem's mother has been sued by a man who alleges he helped her with a book about the Detroit rapper but was cut out of the profits.
Neal Alpert claims in an Oakland County Circuit Court lawsuit filed Monday that Debbie Nelson developed the book while she was under contract with him.
The lawsuit alleges they entered into a contract in 2005 in which he would be her agent and receive 25 percent of the gross profits.
Nelson couldn't be reached for comment Monday.

Eminem has brought a condo at The Palms Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada recently.

I was shocked by this since he always says he is a Detroit man for life. I wonder what changed his mind. But I think its cool though & good for him.
I've just recently came back from a trip from Vegas & those condos look really nice. I knew I should've bought one! Too bad he wasn't there when I was there!

50 has promised to still keep making mixtapes that are free to get but Eminem has advised him to stop doing this cuz he doesn't approve of his marketing methods. 50 has released 3 mixtapes in the last 6 months. 50 tells MTV.com, "They think I'm crazy. Sometimes (Eminem) misses why I put it out. He goes, 'Why did you put it out?' "But I can't be as hot as I'm gonna be if I don't play around. I gotta spar before I go fight the champ.
