Class registration for fall semester begins this month
Students who have not yet begun thinking about classes for the fall only have a few days left before registration begins.
Class registration for this fall begins Tuesday, April 12 and each student is assigned a time ticket based on the number of their completed credit hours.
Many departments are offering new courses for students in the fall. Evan Baum, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs gave a list of “new interesting courses” in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences being offered this coming fall.
Some of the new courses include Anthropology 323 Digging and Dealing in the Dead: Ethics in Archeology, Arabic 351 Media Arabic II Spoken Media, Criminology 230 Introduction to Homeland Security, Criminology 310 Introduction to Intelligence Analysis and Psychology 335 Psychology of Creativity and Innovation.
The last day to add course for the fall semester is Tuesday, September 6. Students who think they need guidance for what classes to take should contact their appointed adviser in their major’s department.
