Mason to offer new Shuttle Services for Thanksgiving break
George Mason University’s Shuttle Services will be offering new services for students wishing to travel over the Thanksgiving break.
Buses will be available from the Fairfax campus to various cities. The buses will take students to one of eleven destinations, including New York, Philadelphia and Richmond. The buses will leave from Research Hall on Tuesday, Nov. 20 and return to campus Sunday, Nov. 25. Students can view the full schedule of buses and reserve tickets here.
Mason’s regular shuttle services will have revised schedules for the Thanksgiving week.
The Metro to Mason shuttle will have regular service on Wednesday, Nov. 21, until 1:30 p.m. with the final departure at 1:45 p.m. There will be no Metro to Mason shuttle services from Thursday, Nov. 22 through Sunday, Nov. 25. The Metro Express will have no service from that Wednesday through Sunday.
The West Campus Express shuttle will have its last departure from West Campus at 1:00 pm and from Presidents Park at 1:30 pm on Wednesday and will resume services on Sunday from 12 p.m-12 a.m.
The Prince William and Fairfax shuttles will have regular services until 2 p.m, on Wednesday and will not resume services until Monday, Nov. 26.
The Campus Circulator will have its final departure from Sandy Creek Shuttle Stop at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday and will not have service Thursday through Sunday. The Gunston’s Go-Bus will not have service from Wednesday through Sunday.
Shuttle Services will also provide a shuttle to Dulles Airport. Students can register for different time slots here.
