Severe Storm, Gusts Up to 45 MPH for Fairfax, Va.

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued by the National Weather Service and will remain in effect until 4 a.m.
Wind gusts are expected to reach up to 45 MPH and can potentially cause severe damage.
Additionally, a coastal flood advisory will be in effect until 6 a.m.
In the event of severe weather, it is encouraged to remain indoors at the lowest level possible, avoiding windows, until the storm has passed completely. If outdoors, stay as far away as possible from poles, trees and other objects which may inflict harm if blown over.
