Microwaves in the JC food court
Isn't anybody else tired of waiting in line just to heat up some food for a few seconds? I think it's time for a few more microwaves in the JC food court. Yes, I know that many people buy food so they don't need to use it much, but the commuters who bring their own food and students with kitchens available may need to heat up their food before they eat it. There's space between Taco Bell and one of the microwaves to put some more, so why not? I think two more microwaves should to the trick.
Also, it would be great to have some microwaves in SUB 1 as well, unless there is some already.
Vagina Monologues
The Vagina Monologues is a play written by Eve Ensler and will be performed and directed by women of the George Mason University community. The Vagina Monologues is a celebration of female sexuality in all its complexity and mystery. This is the seventh consecutive year The Vagina Monologues has been performed at George Mason University. This year, The Vagina Monologues is co-sponsored by The Office of Alcohol, Drug, and Health Education and Sexual Assault Services.

Parking Officials Make Changes

Several new construction projects at Mason's Fairfax campus have forced parking lots to close, removing nearly 1,000 spaces. As Mason commuters scramble to find convenient parking, Mason’s Parking & Transportation Services has been working to mend the situation.

Until its release, "Cloverfield" was most well known for its clandestine production and cleverly enigmatic marketing campaign, which began with a title-less teaser trailer and continued with secretive websites and the community that swarmed around to make sense of them. While many more cynical movie aficionados actually lowered their expectations in response to the hype, “Cloverfield” managed to snare itself a good amount of expectation amongst those most likely to want to see it:

On Friday, January 25, 1991 Mason students, faculty, and staff gathered to discuss the then eight-day-old Persian Gulf War. The event, held in the Physical Education Building, was billed as a teach-in designed to both educate and allow all opinions to be heard. Panelists representing those in support of the war and those against spoke briefly.
