Construction forces temporary closure of Sandy Creek Way

Sandy Creek Way will be closed beyond the Level 2 entrance to the Sandy Creek parking deck, beginning Nov. 20 through Dec. 3, according to an e-mail sent to the Mason community.

Only parking deck traffic will be permitted to turn onto Sandy Creek Way from Patriot Circle. In addition, the sidewalk along Sandy Creek Way, heading up between Science and Tech II, will also be closed. Pedestrians are advised to travel around SUB II or use the York River Rd. sidewalks at this time.

York River Rd., will temporarily allow for two-way traffic permissible only for buses and personal vehicles accessing disabled parking in front of Enterprise Hall. Short term parking in front of Parking Services will be closed. Free 30 minute parking will be available in the visitor section of the Sandy Creek parking deck.
