Shots Fired at NOVA's Woodbridge Campus Say Multiple Sources
A student at the Woodbridge campus of Northern Virginia Community College entered a classroom Tuesday with a high-powered rifle and fired two shots at a teacher, according to NBC4. No one was injured in the shooting.
Prince William County Police responded to an active shooter situation around 2:40 PM after being informed of the incident.
WUSA-TV reports that one male suspect is in custody. The school was placed on lockdown, and police conducted a room-by-room sweep of the Main Adminstration Building to look for any other suspicious activity.
