PREVIEW: Weekend game schedule (11 Oct. 2013)

Mason men’s soccer team returns home to open their Atlantic 10 conference season against Rhode Island on Friday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. at George Mason Stadium. The Patriots (5-2-1) are returning home after a three-game road stretch, coming off of a 1-0 win against Hartford in their last matchup. The Patriots will also take on Massachusetts on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 1 p.m. at home.

Mason women’s volleyball team will play Virginia Commonwealth University on Friday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. at the RAC. The Patriots (5-12, 1-2 A-10) are coming off of a 3-1 loss to Saint Louis in their A-10 home opener. Mason will also take on LaSalle on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 5 p.m. at the RAC.

Mason women’s soccer team will face off against Fordham on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 4 p.m. following the conclusion of the men's soccer game at George Mason Stadium. The Patriots (4-7-1, 1-1 A-10) will be returning home after a Friday night away game against Rhode Island. The Patriots are coming off of a 1-0 overtime victory against Saint Louis heading into this matchup.
