Mason Week kicks off

With the spring semester winding down it can only mean one thing—Mason Day is on the horizon.

This week, in celebration of GMU’s annual tradition, Program Board along with dozens of other student groups will be providing daily activities leading up to Friday’s celebration.

Today, April 25 ice cream will be given out for free from noon – 2 p.m. in North Plaza. On Wednesday, students will be able to grab a free airbrushed tote bag from noon – 4 p.m. in North Plaza.

Friday's Mason Day will serve as the culmination of Mason Week with rides, giveaways, food (even gluten-free) and musical performances in Lot L from 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.. The Plain White T’s will be headlining this year’s Mason Day, with Wiz Khalifa performing on May 4 for the After Mason Day concert at the Patriot Center.
